Sad news

We just found out today that Tad has passed away. This comes to us as such a shock and attached are many feelings of helplessness.

What an honor!

Charn made straight A's this quarter. This is a first for him. In the past he has gotten close, all A's and one B, or something like that, but this is the first time for straight A's!!! Today the school is having the honor roll assembly, so us proud parents get to acknowledge his greatness :)

I forgot what I was going to say...

Here i am typing thinking what to type. I don't remember. hmmm. Oh well. You know though, while I'm here, I'd like to say that life is good. There are many things I'm greatful for and dare-i-say, proud of myself for. I've accomplished much in my mere 30 something years of life and I'm indeed excited about the future. Lately there is this general feeling deep down of confidence. Perhaps, the insecurities of youth are fading away...perhaps... My family. My hubby and kids are such sources of joy. I thank them for all they do for me and their love for me. Thank you God for this day.

Twenty Years!!

Jess and I went to Las Vegas in November to celebrate 20 years of marriage. That's right it's been 20 years. Thanks to all our friends and family for your support and encouragement over the years. It truly does take a village...

The education of Vicki

I started back to school in May of this year to get my Bachelors. I am going to CTU Online. This is a totally online school. No required one-day-a-week class to attend. Each session is 5 and half weeks and consists of two classes. There are assignments due twice a week. No tests – its all project based. This may not be the format for everyone but it works for me. I just finished the third session this week and we be a college graduate come August 2005. Less than a year away!!!

Blog On!

well, i got the blog going again. this is good. there's been much activity going on in our lives since my last post. hope all had a great christmas and new year. life is good.

we finally got our house refinance... we went with Cendant.

the rentors moved out of the moore house in January and we spent the first six months of the year enslaved to fixing the house back up. We just closed on the Moore house Aug 30th. Congrats to the new owners!!! So Long Moore House!!
